Agents

Agents are AI assistants you build through conversation. Each agent has a name, a purpose, and a system prompt that defines how it behaves. You can have one general-purpose agent or dozens of specialists — a marketing writer, a Jira manager, a customer support rep — each focused on a specific job.

Skills

Skills are reusable building blocks that extend agent behavior across your organization. A prompt skill injects domain expertise or style rules into an agent. A script skill packages a repeatable task — like pulling analytics or querying an API — so agents can run it consistently without regenerating the logic each time.

Workflows
